Age is not maturity.

25 (years old) is just a mere number if the mind is not matured. While 18 is a real adult if the mind is well cultured and matured.

More so, assets are just figures and paper~work if not well~utilized and managed. Don't be surprised, they'll even transmogrify into supposed liabilities.
So, it's never the number or property that matters, but a respected sense of responsibility and maturity without any scintilla of presumption.
